This home sits overlooking a private cove facing Sakonnet River. A light touch on the land and low impacts to the surrounding coastal views were prioritized. The light grey siding of the modern structure blends into the landscape, limiting the impact of the views to the ocean.
The living room opens up to a private deck with expansive ocean views.
A well lit bluestone entry is complimentary to the stone veneer on the house and stone wall which is lined with ornamental plantings and grey birch trees.
A stepping stone path leads to a circular stone patio and seat-wall with a fire pit in the center. A meandering path through the lawn and coastal feature leads to a private beach at the bottom of the slope.
